ACTION: Deadline for submission of applications for voting abroad.
RISKS: Previous experience have shown that voting abroad can be manipulated and tracking the phases of its organization will contribute towards avoidance of possible violations.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT: Lack of clear information campaign about the procedures. CEC website contains a section about the number of submitted applications for voting abroad.
