ACTION: CEC organizes training to REC no later than 15 days after their appointment and to PEC members for polling stations abroad before their departure.

RISKS:  Poor organization of seminars and low quality training could affect the performed administrative duties of the electoral administration. Usually the gaps are being compensated with “operative” control.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT: Lack of public information regarding the training seminars on the CEC website or the media. The training is falling behind and has the potential to generate problems on Election Day.
